Biography of Pastor Joseph Roseman Pastor Joseph Roseman was born and raise in Cincinnati, Ohio and move to Sacramento, California in 1980. He attended Princeton High School in Cincinnati and moved on to Great Oaks Joint Vocational School District. His major was Welding, Metal and Fabrication. He became a member of New Bethel Apostolic Church. Pastor Roseman received his Minister Card from New Bethel in 1987. The Presiding Bishop was Bishop will Russell, Pastor Oliver Davis and First Lady Ruby Davis. Pastor Roseman was married in 1987 and still married for 35 years to First Lady and Co-Leader Margrite Roseman. Pastor Roseman received his ministerial license at New Bethel Apostolic Church in 1991 and in 1993 was installed as Pastor by the Presiding Bishop Will Russell and Pastor Oliver and First Lady Ruby Davis. Pastor Roseman still resides in the year 2019 as Pastor of New Bethel Apostolic Ministries, Inc. in Sacramento, California. He is employed by Mercy Housing, Inc. and holds the title of Maintenance Supervisor II for 20 years. He is a great man of god who truly love his congregation and is a great example of what a man of God
